Classic-uptodate is a crossover music that is somewhere between pop and classical music, that is pop „covers“ of classical pieces re-arranged instrumentally. In contrast to some famous, wonderful European orchestras, such as James Last, André Rieu. Rondo Veneziano, or wonderful performers such as Andrea Bocelli, Plácido Domingo, Sarah Brightman or the violinists Nigel Kennedy, David Garrett, I, Glen Focus, give my arrangements a very special classical pop groove style. Classical meets pop. I combine melodies from the classics with pop rhythms, swinging sounds, sounds such as those that Jean Michel Jarre or the fantastic violinist Vanessa-Mae also use. There are melodies from the 17th and 18th centuries that still move the world. For today’s generation, it is much more interesting to experience classical music in a new, modern style, that is, a new interpretation of classical music.
